Returns

Goods other than faulty goods maybe returned within 14 days of the delivery date so long as they are returned in their original packaging and the packaging is in new condition and the goods have not been used or fitted.  We must be informed within 7 days of the item being received via email or letter.

Damaged or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver.  When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods.  We must be notified of any dispatch errors or damaged goods on the day of delivery and all goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. 

Goods are returned at the cost of the customer. Goods purchased incorrectly may be returned in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and will incur a 20% admin charge. Special orders ie Japan sourced are not refundable at all, but we will relist your item for sale on the site for you to send registered mail to the new buyer if and when that occurs.

Goods not complying with these conditions may not be returned. To return goods please use the links on the main site and click ‘Support’. Please enter all your details including order number and we will then forward details of how to return your products. Please do not return goods to DelicaShop without authorisation using the above details.

These terms and conditions are subject to Laws of the State of Victoria and both you and DELICASHOP.COMTM hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
