If you have ordered a product in error you may cancel your order in your account area of the site.  Once the status of your order has been marked as Processed or Shipped it is not possible to cancel your order. 

In these circumstances you must contact us on delicashop@gmail.com with your order number. 
 

Special orders from overseas cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and processed by Delicashop.
